POLYFLON PTFE
POLYFLON PTFE is composed of polytetrafuluoroethylene, the most commonly used fluoroploymer. PTFE has a very long chain molecular structure in which all of the hydrogen atoms of polyethylene are replaced by fluorine atoms.
PTFE is superior in heat resistance and chemical resistance compared with the other plastics. These properties result from stable chemical structure consisting of only carbon and fluorine atoms with the highest electro negativity.

Daikin PTFE F-205 is a polytetrafluoroethylene fine powder resin for paste extrusion manufactured without the use of PFOA. F-205 has been specifically designed for the manufacture of thin wall tubing and wire coating applications requiring good color, clarity, thermal stability and stress crack resistance. F-205 may berun at high reduction ratios and at high speeds.
